We loved staying in this hotel! The lodges are spacious, air-conditioned, and equipped with two bathrooms. The location in the middle of a pine forest is so relaxing. The beach is beautiful with clean, fine sand and plenty of free watersports. The staff was friendly and spoke English well.
Could not be improved in any way.

Beautiful surroundings and great access to nearby attractions. Perfect for a relaxing break. the beach was lovely with a wide range of sporting activities available. the spa was fantastic with many different treatments available. Perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Lack of communication with staff made it very difficult to get assistance when needed. Service was often slow and unresponsive, despite repeated attempts to get help.

We had a nice time, but it wasn't perfect. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The staff was friendly, but not always helpful, and we encountered some issues with our room key which took a while to resolve.

Located in a tranquil natural reserve near a clean beach with many umbrellas and delicious beach restaurant. the large and comfortable rooms have two bathrooms, with the possibility to use free canoes and pedalos. Breakfast includes extensive options, while the pool is beautiful and relaxing.
Staff service can be poor, with some unprofessional and rude behavior experienced in the buffet restaurant.

Staying here was like having a luxurious and exclusive oasis. the amenities and service were exceptional. the Spa and wellness centre offered the most relaxing massages and treatments I have ever received. I enjoyed spending time in the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the lush garden area. The seasonal outdoor pool was also amazing with sun loungers and beach umbrellas readily available. Cons: Although it was just a minor issue, the buffet breakfast lacked variety and could be improved. this hotel was a wonderful experience and provided everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely location in pine forest, kind and helpful staff, spacious lodges with two bathrooms, delicious food, clean and uncrowded beach, free watersports near the beach.
Don't have any issues at all.
